In 1957, by order no. 131 of the Minister of Heavy Industry of 10 August 1957, an enterprise was established under the name Łańcucka Fabryka Śrub.

The Łańcut Screw Factory was transformed into a sole-shareholder company of the State Treasury under the name of Fabryka Śrub w Łańcucie Śrubex SA. In the following years, pursuant to the applicable regulations, the Company’s shares were contributed to national investment funds and were in non-public trading.

The shares of Fabryka Śrub w Łańcucie Śrubex SA were introduced to public trading. The first listing on the Warsaw Stock Exchange took place on 17.02.2005. The successful stock exchange debut allowed to obtain funds for the first serious investments.

As a result of stock exchange transactions, the Company became part of the Koelner Capital Group. In the same year, Fabryka Śrub w Łańcucie Śrubex SA ceased to be a public company and its entire enterprise was contributed in kind to a newly established entity operating under the name of Koelner Łańcucka Fabryka Śrub Sp. z oo Koelner Łańcucka Fabryka Śrub Sp. z oo assumed all rights and obligations of Fabryka Śrub w Łańcucie Śrubex SA, took over its entire production and trade activities and continues them.

Since 2013, Koelner Łańcucka Fabryka Śrub Sp. z o.o. has belonged to Rawlplug (formerly Koelner Capital Group). Its dynamic development also began that year. In the following years, the Company underwent a thorough modernization. It implemented a number of investments that changed its image and placed it in the same row as the most modern production plants in the industry. The most important of them are: the reconstruction of production halls and the machine park, including the opening of the Auto-moto Department and the purchase of five- and six-operation machines, which enabled the development of forging technology, changes in heat treatment technology, and the adaptation of devices to CQI9.
