Heat treatment is a key process in the production of fasteners. It improves their parameters, enabling the achievement of the required strength properties necessary for their correct use.
The heat treatment process consists of technological procedures that cause a change in the structure of the material under the influence of factors such as time and temperature. Simply put, it is the process of heating the metal to a specific temperature, maintaining it at this temperature, and then cooling it.
Until now, the heat treatment process at the Łańcut Bolt Factory was possible thanks to 4 lines. We decided to expand our potential in this area by purchasing a new heat treatment line from San-Yung, which allows us to significantly increase production capacity.
Unlike other heat treatment lines at the Łańcut Bolt Factory, this new acquisition is 100% electric. The new line was officially launched in the first half of November.
